Space will also be available for camping set-up at an additional cost of $5-$10 per person.  These accommodations will need to be made on an individual basis with the Fox Run Tavern directly.

Please RSVP by mailing $25.00 per person by Thursday, June 30, 2011. Everyone is encouraged to bring their significant others. Upon arrival to the reunion, each person that has paid will receive a wristband allowing them access to the activities, food, and beer for the evening. When sending in the payment, please include the number of wristbands you will be purchasing and the person's name we should list them all under. Paying ahead of time will allow us to determine an accurate head count, as well as fund the down payment. Along with the above items, the price per person also covers bartender fees, wristbands, taxes, and service charges. We are asking that this remain an adults-only event.

If you do not RSVP, the cost per person will be $30.00 at the door. All attendees will either need to have paid $25.00 ahead of time or $30.00 at the door to attend the reunion. The fee covers only the costs for the event.

If there is any extra money left over, it will be placed in a savings account dedicated specifically for our class and applied to our next reunion in hopes of making it even bigger and better. There was approximately $89.00 left over from the 5 year reunion that will be applied to the costs of the 10 year reunion.

Accommodations will be made at the Fox Run Tavern in case of inclement weather on the day of the reunion. In an effort to keep costs down, there will need to be a committee to assist in the clean-up of the area used for the reunion on Sunday, July 31. Please indicate on your RSVP if you would be willing to help out.

We encourage everyone to check-out the Fox Run Tavern's website. They have recently remodeled the establishment and it is much different than what it once was.
